She as well talks about Common Core and the expectations that she and others like her have concerning its implementation.</p><p>The 2013 Slam Poetry World Champion Chancelier&nbsp;Xero Skidmore talks about his work around town with teaching students the art of poetry. He closes out his talk with Jim by performing a powerful, moving poem titled <em>Ice Scream</em>, about the execution of a fourteen-year-old&nbsp;black boy in the south.</p><p>Also, George Hincapie&nbsp;talks with Jim about his stunningly&nbsp;candid autobiography <em>The Loyal Lieutenant: Leading Out Lance and Pushing through the Pain on the Rocky Road to Paris</em>.
