Baton Rouge Councilwoman C. Denise Marcelle joins Jim and discusses a new measure being presented before the Parish Metro Council that would extend open bar hours in Baton Rouge to 4am.

From the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning, Akua Kouyate and Rachel Knudsen discuss their efforts in helping early childhood educators in using and developing the arts  as a vehicle for learning across all curricular areas for early childhood development.
